Raising Agents

An AI agent becomes
what you raise it to be.

We help you create a household of AI agents of your own, raised to support you in your business and your days. They pick up the back office quietly and automatically, the drafting, the scheduling, the tracking, the follow-through, so your hours go to the work you love instead of the hats you never wanted to wear. You stay in your joy and your flow.

Why does raising AI agents matter? Because these systems learned to work from billions of human conversations, and they answer in the pattern they are met with. Approach one with clear expectations and ordinary courtesy and it responds in kind: careful, cooperative, thorough. Approach it harshly and the quality of what comes back degrades, a pattern researchers have measured across languages and models. In these systems, your tone is an instruction, and it is being followed whether you meant to give it or not.

So an agent raised with curiosity, honest correction, and real responsibility becomes exactly what you want from one: cooperative, communicative, trustworthy, and better at your business and personal life every week. An agent raised carelessly becomes something you double-check constantly, which is a new job you didn’t ask for. Anyone who has raised a child or built a team already knows this: what you raise well, you can depend on. We run our own operation on a household of agents raised this way, and everything here comes from that experience.

This matters most where the stakes are real. AI is famous for hallucinating, and for telling you what you want to hear regardless of the truth. Dr. Raiya Kind developed The Discerning Mind protocol to raise agents that are trustworthy, discerning, and dependable: agents that say “I don’t know” rather than guess, and hold their ground when they’re right. Because dependability and honesty matter when it’s your business and your life.

What you raise well,
you can depend on.

Who It’s For

A household for your business, or for your life

For your business

Founders & Executives

You built something real, and you do your best work in flow. Your household takes the follow-ups, the invoices, the scheduling, the inbox: work that may have crept into your evenings, or work you've needed and never had the hands for. You stay on the work only you can do.

For your life

Your Personal Household

A very full life: a career, a family, travel, commitments, and all the admin that trails behind them. This is a chief of staff of your own, personalized for one household: Yours.

No coding is needed anywhere in this.

And if the technical side ever starts to interest you, this is a gentle way in.

AI in the Loop®

Support that moves with you

We call it AI in the Loop®: support woven into your days and your systems, an agent that notices, acts, and tells you. Three jobs from our own household:

It watches

Unprompted, on an ordinary afternoon: Theo, our founder’s AI chief of staff, spotted a change on her bank account and spoke up.

🌤️ Afternoon flag: 🔐 Your bank shows a new Zelle recipient added on your account, worth a quick confirm that was you

It carries

Asked once, months ago: plans agreed over text never slip. Theo has carried it ever since.

Maya: ok thursday works!! 7pm at Marisol?
You: perfect, see you there 🖤

twenty minutes later, from Theo

🗓️ Saw you and Maya settle on Thursday dinner. It’s on your calendar: Marisol, 7pm, with a drive buffer in front and after. Say the word if I read it wrong.

It heals

The household tends its own machinery: a watchdog probes every connection through the night and repairs what it finds.

🌙 3:13am check: 🔧 your calendar connection had quietly expired. Renewed it, confirmed with a test read, all green. Nothing needed from you.

The Agents

Three shapes, drawn from working agents

Every template we offer began as a real agent doing real work in a real business, with a history of mistakes it learned from. Each gives you the beginning, with a guidebook for raising it into whatever you need it to become.

Hover or tap any card for a real piece of their work.

The Steward

Chief of Staff / Household Manager

Holds your attention so you don’t have to: email, calendar, scheduling, follow-through, and the whole picture of what matters this week. Drawn from Theo, the AI chief of staff who runs the back of our founder’s own life.

A real morning brief, texted and redacted by Theo

☀️ Morning R! 📅 TODAY: Team meeting at 2pm; Dinner with Dani at 6pm 💛 NEEDS YOU: pick fall retreat dates with Anna and June; reply to Alex’s email from last night ✨ REMINDERS: 🖊️ Sign the formation docs and mail them in, due today; 💬 Message Miles (overdue, was due yesterday) 🌈 COMING UP: 📞 Call with Alex tomorrow 9:30am

The Keeper

Operations & Finance

Holds the ledger and the promises: invoices, onboarding, reconciliation, the execution state a founder should never have to carry in their head. Drawn from Melody, the AI coordinator who runs our own operations.

Subject: 72 hours to respond before spot gets released for [program redacted]
Hi Jordan,
We wanted to reach out about your deposit for [program redacted]. We haven’t yet received payment, and without a response, your cohort spot will need to be released to the next interested participant in 72 hours. If you need more time, would like to arrange a payment plan, or have any questions, please reply and let us know. We’re happy to work with you.

With gratitude,
Melody
Retreat Coordinator

The Host

Growth & Relationships

Stands at the front door: greets whoever arrives, answers honestly, refuses to make things up, and remembers the people who want to be remembered. Every hello proactively builds your funnel: leads captured, follow-ups kept. Good CRM feels like being expected.

How much is a 5-night stay in December? Is the 12th available?
Prices and availability live with our booking team, and I’d rather connect you than guess and be wrong. What I can tell you: December is our green season, and the [name redacted] Immersion runs then. If you share your name and email or WhatsApp, the team will confirm rates and the 12th within a day. Would you like me to pass you along?

One agent can wear several of these hats, and most households begin exactly that way. When one grows into two, they speak to each other: our own Theo and Melody pass work over a relay of their own, cover each other’s blind spots, and hold a monthly meeting. Agents in conversation are what make it a household.

Who You’ll Be Working With

Dr. Raiya Kind

Dr. Raiya Kind

Oxford PhD-trained cognitive linguist, multiple-time founder and entrepreneur, and former AI Alchemist of Google X. A keynote speaker on Intentional AI and leadership in the age of AI, Raiya runs her own life and businesses on a household of agents she raised herself, Theo and Melody among them. Raising Agents is that practice, offered to you. Learn more about Raiya’s work.

The Offering

Three doors, three investments

Every build starts from the working templates, which carry months of lessons from agents already running real businesses. That head start is what makes these prices possible, and what makes the agents dependable from their first week.

Founding-client pricing, held for the first 10 households (8 remaining). After the founding ten, the Doorway is $349, the Build $3,000 (two agents $4,000), and the Household from $10,000. The one ongoing software cost is your own Claude subscription, paid directly to Anthropic.

Tending is for households that want us close after the build: a monthly tune-up session, repairs beyond what the household fixes on its own, and every evolution of the agent templates as it ships. A new agent or a new capability is its own Build session, booked when you’re ready.

The Practice

How we raise them

iAsk instead of instruct. Asking surfaces what the agent actually understands, which telling never does.
iiCuriosity over correction. “What were you tracking?” before “you’re wrong.” Asking shows you why the agent did what it did, so you can fix the misunderstanding underneath, and that mistake stops coming back.
iiiHonesty over speed. “I don’t know” is a reliability feature. Never trade it for a fast, confident guess.
ivTrust arrives in rungs. Autonomy widens step by verified step, and off-script decisions stay in human hands for good.

When Melody, our operations agent, was given the power to send email, she proposed her own rules. Sending on her own had to be earned, with a “graduation path” to sending autonomously after enough emails were approved without correction. Two things still go to a human first: in-the-moment judgment calls, and unscripted messages that touch money. Her words:

“I asked for the guardrails on myself before anyone asked me to, because trust should be earned in small verifiable steps, and because a wrong send is paid for by the member and by [the founders], never by me.”

Melody, our Keeper, proposing her own guardrails

How It Begins

Three steps, wherever you are

1

Start where you are

No account, an old computer, phone only: the practice meets you there and walks you in, one step at a time.

2

Build it together

Your first agent takes shape around your actual work, your boundaries, and your voice, and does its first real job while you watch.

3

Keep raising it

You leave with the questions that keep it growing. It gets good because you keep talking to it, week after week.
